What’s an ACEO or Artist Trading Card? ACEOs are Art Cards Editions and Originals are little pieces of art, always 2 1/2” x 3 1/2”. They can be created in any medium and are collected and many times are matted and framed for display or slipped into a card as a gift…… It is an affordable way of buying original or editions (print) art! ACEOs are sold and Artist Trading Cards can only be traded, never sold. The movement began when artist wanted to trade and show their work to their friends. It is a great way for an artist to “warm up” or try out a new idea on a smaller scale. Now art lovers/buyers are also buying and collecting them as ACEOs.
All cards on this page are ORIGINALs unless otherwise noted as “Editions only”. If the original is already sold, an edition or print might be available. They all come in a protective sleeve. They look great in an 8 x 10 mat and frame. See the framed print of “Bella” I have above. Originals in protective sleeve only: $10 each Originals in an 8 x 10 mat: $20 each |
